’Stached

’Stached is inspired by a personal story deeply rooted in loss and regained hope. It navigates the difficulties of letting go and reminds us that sometimes all we need is a nudge in the right direction. The film evolved over time, initially focusing on a newfound love. Along the way, we realized there was a deeper, more impactful underlying message and landed on something even better—a story about the very delicate and personal journey of grief that underscores the power of meaningful relationships.

Terry is, in fact, based on a real individual. Though it wasn’t his fairytale ending that caught our attention, but rather the tribulations and anguish faced as he trekked up his own mountain of self discovery. Adding Mupp created the perfect juxtaposition; their interaction revealed how different yet deeply connected they are. Two disparate souls in search of something similar. Little did they know finding each other would change everything.
